 Our Shipping Policy

  1. All orders are processed in the order they have been received and based on inventory availability.
  2. Orders may not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  3. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  4. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  5. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Our Returns Policy

  1. All returns are handled and approved on a case-by-case basis.
  2. Please contact as soon as possible to allow us to collect all of the necessary information for processing a return.
  3. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
  4. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
